INTRODUCTION
When your parents asked you as a child what you wanted to be when you grew up, no doubt you had some eccentric dreams and great plans, like becoming an astronaut, only for a more practical path to be realised.
We exist in a world of virtual system, division, hierarchy and ‘the 1%’ wealth inequality. We are all clambering to shine, conform, define and achieve, often uncertain of how successful our choices will be and where we’ll end up. But what if I told you that you could have been a great astronaut? And, if not a great astronaut, then, perhaps, the greatest physicist or mathematician to aid the greatest astronaut?
Don’t worry, I’m not about to tell you that you can be anything you want to be through an altered mind-set because it’s my understanding that humans are physically designed, not philosophically. An altered mind-set can of course be rewarding, but it’s unlikely to provide a viable, long-term or more successful existence than the one we are naturally predesigned to lead.
Every day we see people step into roles, take on positions of power and form questionable relationships. In most cases it’s an organic best-fit and proves worthy but, in others, it can be based on incorrect, unethical or immoral choice. If the latter, tread carefully, for an unjust fit could result in stagnant or failing teams, collapsing organisations, expensive divorces, divided families, even illness.
To avoid the wrong path, this book is an essential tool when making key decisions relating to people around you, working for you and, indeed, yourself. Built around a magnetic based code, the plus/minus theory aims to deliver a lot more success and happiness to a lot more people, leading to a better distribution of wealth and, hopefully, no more 1%. Essentially, life’s purpose and direction is magnetic and humans have a predesigned electromagnetic fate, which must be realised to achieve success.
Paying homage to many physics-based studies such as Hans Fromme (1957), the plus/minus system reflects on the importance of magnetite found in the brain and establishes a magnetic code that epitomises simplified reasoning for human behaviour. It is effectively a matrix for why human purpose is magnetic. When the code is used to analyse individuals and teams, it reveals the magnetic predisposition – an energy type – of which we can be only one of five. types of people Ultimately, each type defines a magnetic fate.
When energy between people is said to be raw, palpable, chemical or drawn, the magnetic code is why. It is the reason we sink or swim in certain roles and relationships, why the Kardashian’s have dominated the social media world, why Branson makes a great CEO, why the Pope was elected, and why Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are simply, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.
Before you begin your magnetically fated journey, I should point out that there are times when we are all attracted to a shiny penny, the most beautiful person in the room or the CEO’s panoramic office but what you want and what you need are two very different things. Going off track or altering your magnetic path can prove probable. You need to be prepared to ask yourself, would you rather be a lousy captain or an excellent scrum half?
If you could establish your own best fit from birth, could find the right partner to walk beside you, the best career for you and were able to guide your children down their own successful paths, would you be interested?
And what if you could create the most successful sales or sports team of all time?
I thought so. It’s time to accept your fate.
ELECTROMAGNATISM & HUMANS – The Technical Bit
“Matter consists of electrically charged particles and is to be regarded itself as part, in fact the principle part, of the electromagnetic field, and electric energy is therefore the fundamental origin of our entire physical world.” – Albert Einstein
The Earth is a magnet. Magnetism is caused by the way molecules are arranged in the magnet substance. The molecules are magnetised by the way the electrons rotate inside the atoms.
The North and the South Poles are its ends. Magnetite, for so long believed to be magic stones, freely held, would automatically turn until one end pointed north and the other south. This led to the invention of the compass. Dr. William Gilbert in 1600 was able to explain for the first time why the points of a compass pointed north and south. It was, he proved, because they were attracted to the North and South poles of the biggest magnet of all – the Earth. The two ends of a magnet have different kinds of magnetism. This ensures that one end always points north and the other south. The strength of magnetism at the ends is always stronger than in the middle. If you were to take an iron rod and point one end towards the North and downwards and hit it a single blow with a hammer it would become magnetised. This is because the molecules in the rod when hit become shaken up and immediately become split and attracted to the nearest end of the rod. There is the recognised “Law of Poles” which states: Like poles repel each other, and unlike poles attract each other. If the N poles of two magnets are brought close to each other they push apart. The same is true for the S poles of two magnets, they also repel one another. But if the N pole of one is brought together with the S pole of another they are strongly attracted to each other.
And the Earth magnet can be seriously affected by the Cosmos. The Earth’s magnetic field can be disrupted when a large number of electrified particles from the Sun reach the Earth. Sunspot activity often precedes this disturbance, which is known as a magnetic storm. Solar flares, when the sun throws out large blasts of flaming gases, also cause magnetic storms on the earth about two days later. This can cause magnetic compass needles to move erratically and can also cause severe interference to communications systems.
As we now know crystals of magnetite, as well as having been found in bees, birds and animals, is in the brain of Man. This means Man is subject to the same magnetic fluctuations as the Earth itself. More surprisingly these magnetic crystals have even been found in bacteria such as magnetospirillum, through investigations of biomagnetism, which first began in the 1960’s. The purpose is still under scientific investigation at the time of writing but it is believed they act as magneto-receptors which give us the ability to link to the earth’s magnetic polarity/field.
Magnetoreception is the ability of the receiver through magnetite to align with the Earth’s magnetic field. We know, for instance, that it is fundamental in the navigational ability of birds. Many animals such as turtles, bears, sharks, whales and man amongst many others are known to have this magnetic ‘sense’. Also insects such as honeybees have it. It is found in different parts of the receiver. For example, it is in the beaks of birds, Humans, similarly, have it in the ethmoid bone of the nose. But curiously we also have it next to the pineal gland in the center of the brain. The question as to why can be answered in the observation that magnetite is embedded in the cellular membrane of the neurons of bees so that when magnetite aligns with the Earth’s magnetic field, ‘induction’ causes a current to cross the membrane which depolarises the cell.
Technicalities aside, here is the important part. Given the time of our birth, we become ‘polarised’ or aligned to the Earth’s field at that time – forever!
We can further appreciate what magnetism means to us with a small experiment. Simply pour some iron fillings over a glass standing on a piece of magnet and tap the glass lightly. The fillings will arrange themselves into curved lines from one end of the magnet to the other. They radiate from both ends, curve back and meet the lines from the other end. The area in which the magnet attracts is the field of force. Surprisingly, it is similar to the way in which human cells divide. Human cells are composed of chromosomes, which, in turn, are the containers of our genes. When a cell is ready to divide, the chromosomes cluster together in the middle, they split lengthwise, forming two sets of halves, which are then pulled apart and become the centre of a new cell.
This is similar to what occurs with a magnet in that the molecules are clustered together in the middle and a jarring effect splits them into two where they congregate at either end of the pole, north to north and south to south. Once the pole has been magnetized it remains so even if it is cut in half. Chromosomes appear to behave exactly the same as the magnetic lines of force. In a process known as mitosis the cell divides equally into two identical cells. The chromosome pairs come together in the middle of the cell and split themselves lengthwise into two identical parts. They then become attracted to the centrosomes on the opposite ends of the cell, which splits into two identical cells and the whole process starts again in each of them. Each new cell, however, consists of identical chromosomes and genes. So, at the time of the mitosis of the first cell the electromagnetic force field indelibly stamps it with the blueprint that will link it to the ray of creation throughout the holder’s lifetime.
We are subject to the same outside influences as everything else on the planet. Our cells, which are continuously being replaced, are going through the magnetic process but the original cell is the original lodestone and all the cells will follow its determination. These cells matter little when they are in the legs or the arms but they do matter when they are in the brain where electromagnetic energy emanates from.
Hammerhead sharks have sensors in their wide faces, which can pick up the electromagnetic pulse from several miles away as if they were lights going on. These electric signals given off by all living creatures are called bio-electricity. Extensive research has shown that the living organism carries electricity, and bodies “consist of currents, semi-conductor diodes, electric charge potentials and a complex mega-circuit composed of several, smaller circuits”.
It is apparent from fundamental research such as the above that life purpose is magnetic, trying to pull you towards the person you are and the life you’re meant to lead. The sooner you recognise its importance the sooner life will take a positive turn.

There is no significance in the actual placement of the symbols. For example, Male Aquarian born in the year of the Cat is + + – – but that is no different than a female Gemini born in the year of the Goat + – – + or someone else who is say Male Aries born in the year of the Buffalo – + + – in regards to soulmate.
